I should learn better...

This is what happens when I post about Victoria sleeping so well in her toddler bed :) That very night she climbed out of bed at midnight, got both babies and climbed down the stairs and right into our bed. The next night she was up and playing and Dan had to tell her if she didn't settle down she would have to go back to the baby bed and she went to sleep.
The night before last she seemed to settle down and I snuck upstairs at 10:00 to check on her and found this:

Here she is sleeping on the floor in the playroom. We have had to put a gate up on her door to keep her in her room now.
Yesterday at naptime she did not want to settle. I went up after about a half hour and she had taken ALL her clothes off, stripped her bed and pulled her curtains down!! The crib threat is working great and she was asleep in 5 minutes. Last night I was up checking on them and heard her get out of bed, grab her babies and walk to the gate. She stood there for about 5 seconds and went back to bed and right back to sleep. So hopefully we will back to normal soon :)

The weather is so beautiful! The kids have been playing outside alot.

Don't know how he got her to pull him?!?!

We are having some fill and grade work done in the backyard and the company dropped this off yesterday, as you can see ALL the kids were entralled :)

Catch up!

Finally have internet up and running in the house again! it was horrible not having access. I did break down once and take my laptop to the library to check emails. Dan was at the doctor's so I had to take Victoria. Luckily I remembered to bring some juice and some pretzels! We hung in the teen room and she was running all over the place. She had so much fun. She was using the pretzel sticks as pencils and pretending to write on everything.
Victoria's big birthday gift was this (she can't reach the pedals yet):

She also loves this (the elephant shoots butterflies out of his trunk and they try to catch them):

Grampy and Grammy sent her this Dora princess doll and she LOVES it:

Auntie sent a book and pooh clothes that she LOVES!!

Nana came back from her summer up north and both kids were so excited!! We met up in Target (where else?)and then went back to our house for dinner and football. Danny has already talked nana into sleeping at her house twice now. He is there tonight and had so much fun packing his bag. Victoria thinks they are shopping!
Danny showing off his karate uniform:

Danny's class had a field trip to a pumkin patch and we all went. It was so much fun.
Here is his class:

Victoria did not know what to do with all the pumpkins (except try to kiss them all):

One naptime last week Victoria was making way more noise than usual. She usually goes right to sleep once she drinks her milk in her cup. We heard banging so I went upstairs after 30 minutes and found her sitting on the floor outside her crib with all her toys and bedding beside her! First time she has ever gotten out of it. I asked her if she wanted to sleep in her big girl bed and she said yes. I put her pillow and blanket on her princess toddler bed and she was asleep within 5 minutes. She has slept there ever since! Sniff! Sniff! our baby is growing up! Danny was more excited than she was:)

Everything is about princess for her, she also tries to dress herself (but can't get her tutu over her butte)

Danny also started speech, occupational and physical therapy at the public school. We have to drive him there twice a week. His classes are made up of both public and private school kids and he really enjoys it. His speech teacher said his speech is actually very good and she is mostly working on his language and sequencing. The pt had him on a trampoline singing his abc's! We just can not believe the difference in him in only 2 months! He is actually sounding out words :)

I am getting genetic testing done next week to see if I carry the breast cancer gene. It takes about a month to get the results in. If I carry it my sisters will get themselves tested :(
I see the orthopedic spine specialist in 2 1/2 weeks. Hopefully it will be a simple fix :)
Mom and I are going to the symphony next week to see Abbamania and I can not wait!!
First adult night out in I don't know how long :) :)

no home internet :(

Sorry it has been so long, but I made the mistake of switching from cable internet to phone internet and it has not been a smooth transition :(
I had to order a new modem and it should be in next week, so hopefully we will be back up and running soon :)
My mom arrived back to her place last weekend and the kids are so happy to have nana here. She has already babysat for us :) and cooked for us :) :)
Ms V had her 2 yr old checkup and she is 26 pounds and 33 inches tall!
She is at 40%tile for weight and 25%tile for height.
The doctor was very impressed when she sang the whole ABC song by herself.
Unfortunately she also had 2 shots :( She was not happy with me at all!
Danny has been doing great at school, we have started sounding out words!
He has his white belt for karate and they test for the next one next month.
He is really enjoying soccer and violin too.
I finally got to ditch the boot Friday and am able to wear my sneaker!! woo hoo!!
My MRI shows no tumors!! yah!! but it shows a small mass that they think is a piece of disc that has broken off and is in my spinal column. I see a specialist next week and we see what he has to say is our next move. My back and hip have been killing me since this whole foot surgery, my balance is so out of whack.
I am using my old laptop and it is really sssslllllooooowwwww.
Gotta run, hopefully we will be up to speed soon :)

Happy Birthday our Princessa!!!

Ripping open her first birthday present.

Loving her new Dora Ice Princess movie (and yes we had to play it in the car and we watched it twice)

Wearing her Dora Ice Princess crown!

I had just asked who was driving and Victoria yelled "ME!"

As Danny pedaled the bike went up and when he stopped it went down. He just had a ball!

Had dinner at a great Seadfood restaurant. The wait staff all sang happy birthday and she loved it!

We sang happy birthday to her on and off all day! She just loves the song and sings it constantly :)
She will open presents all weekend. Nana arrives this weekend too and both kids are beyond excited :)

We love you Princessa!!! :) :) XOXOXOXO

Tommorow is Ms V's 2nd birthday! I can not believe how fast the time is going :(
We are keeping it pretty low key. My mom gets back into town Saturday so we will have a family celebration then :)
I have my MRI tomorrow to make sure there is nothing causing my spinal issues(tumors). I see the doc next week to formulate our next plan.
will post some bday pics as soon as I have some.
